M&Y Haunted House 3D Models mapps (renderosity.com)

I bought this product years ago and during testing of the Purchase Tab in Poser it gives an error saying Zero file size on server.  And if I try to download from my account it displays "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."  and says access denied.  Currently the product is on clearance, but you can still purchase it or so it appears.  Can you fix this?  Thank you.
