Depends. If they are dial-spun morphs then you would need to find the active dials which are usually designated with a blue dot next to them. If they are morphs that were generated with a 3rd party app like Blender, ZBrush, etc. then you would look for uniquely labeled dials specifying the character or type of morph.

Lets say the situation is an older file, and you are not sure what head or body morphs have been applied. Is there a way to find this out?
