I've seen all these gorgeous pictures posted here and various peoples sites, and I wonder if any-one can tell me how one attatches ones name upon the image? Do you import it from a paint programme or what? Totally baffled I am.

Yes, that is what I do, not a silly question. Sharen

Thank you. Even though I've been using Vue2 for a while it's only since coming to this very informative forum that I've even thought of some things.

I tend to put my name on the rendered copy in a paint program (when I remember to do it) rather than import it. I just use the paint program's text option

In PSP 6 I just made my logo into a tube and then I can stamp it on... Yes... I'm lazy.

I bring my image into photoshop and then do any final postwork necessary, and use the text option on a different layer and then flatten my image before compressing it and saving for the web :)

I just scanned my signature I made on a ordinary paper and then bring it as a copy/past into an image. :-)Guitta

I did pretty much what Guitta did...I scanned my sig, made it a transparent layer in Photoshop (you can do this in PSP 7 too) and saved it as a native Photoshop file. Everytime I make a new image, I copy the layer from the sig file and paste it on a new layer in Photoshop, merge the layers and presto!...a signed image ;). Laurie

Yes, yes, Laurie, I forgot : made it as a transparency too :-) Guitta

also , if youre using Photoshop , you can record your own action for your signature (which is what I did). then when you finish with any post production , 1 click and there ya go(yes,Im lazy too) :)

Thank you folks, I didn't realise it could be so easy, here I was envisioning photoshop to Vue back to photoshop etc etc. From now on I'll be able to sign my work, the items I'm proud of that is!
