Can you merge gift certificates?

I have three Tiny amounts left in My Gift Certificates.

Hi Radkes,

We can merge them, but only for gift certificates that were purchased with money and not Render Rewards. All of the gift certificates in your account were earned with Render Rewards and sadly cannot be combined.
