I have been purchasing the V4 Retiring items when I can. With this recent batch  from Nirvy, as always I am downloading the items and I usually archive  information about a product including the promos so I know what I've got when I use it later.

I can no longer access the Nirvy promos or information about the items that I have purchased. I was always able to do this in the past. Dynamic Sexy Black Dress being an example (https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/122422/sexy-black-dynamic-dress-raffael)

I can download the files but without any other information about the product. The product is less useful in the future if I can't access the information about it.

I am re-directed to the main page with the ever predictable cleassy pop-up, "WANNA GET OUR EMAILS?" (I already get them, pop-up redundant every time. every time.).

=>  Please bring back the links to the promos of items that I have purchased.  At least give me time to archive the information if you're not going have them accessible to purchasers like you have in the past.

That issue is being addressed. Once it is fixed you will have the ability to see deleted items you have purchased.

Ideally I'd like to have a PDF of all the promos and information about a product I have purchased. 

I could keep such a PDF on my computer OR have it printed out in hardcopy for a looseleaf or shutterfly book to flip through. Say, all the hairstyles I have purchased or clothing variety or Sets or props.

I read what you folks are doing re-coding the whole website. A lot of work. But 20 years is a lot of time for it to have been around and added to.
