ok paypal seems broken with the new site layout. i think it is because my billing information has an old phone number but nowhere on my profile can I find a way for this to update and stick to the new number. I am trying to use a coupon as well which seems to deduct. Hovering over place order though has a stop sign icon and if I click anyway it just brings up a small white box saying please select an item in the list
