There are a number of other members that are experiencing the same problem.  If they didn't accidentally activate that feature then someone is hacking into their account and playing with their settings.

If you block someone, it goes both ways.

So an "accidental" blocking should be obvious immediately.

Besides, there is an easy way to circumvent this if you need to.
