No your account isn't frozen. I was able to upload using the file I sent you. I am unsure what the problem could be. Can you send me some screenshots of the process and error to jennblake@renderosity.com please? or just send me a link to the product files, images and info such as price, and I can try it for you.

In Product Upload, the TXT file upload box does not recognize the TXT file and I cannot upload it.
Please help.
