I made some experiments.
I change the Extension setting from Black to periodic for the torso. It render with texture. Than I change to clamp. Strange results on Torso , limbs. face no issues.
Torso render with Periodic and clamp extension.
Did here something change? Or was this in Poser 12 the same?

The simplest solution I have found would be to activate Superfly on the PoserSurface and reactivate it on the Cycles node. Other than that, rework the shader nodes. BTW, you do not need a separate Subsurface Scattering node with the PrincipledBsdf, that's a redundant procedure when you already have SSS on that node. Also, why do you have an active Emission Strength on the PrincipledBsdf? That is totally unnecessary.
The extension value in Cycles IMageTexture node is doing exactly what it's supposed to. LaFemm's UV's extend across several UV spaces, "Tiled UVS". That's what the extension value does. It controls how the image is mapped across multiple UV spaces.
The Cycles documentation covers this better than the Poser manual. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/render/shader_nodes/textures/image.html
Thanks. Like I write before, those nodes are not final, I just begin to set up some nodes which I usually use in Blender with some other. Except that Poser unfortunately still miss some of them. The simplest solution I have found would be to activate Superfly on the PoserSurface and reactivate it on the Cycles node. I currently want to refine LF's shader . I use as texture from Tempesta Femi. (Which is cute, btw). On her forehead (face) it works. Texture in render visible. The rest limbs and torso stay black. Any idea somebody what can cause this?
Thanks in advance.
Here the skinshader from Torso ( same like from face. ) Not finish , just simple set up.
And the render. Face has my shader on and the torso also. Limbs are her texture and shader she comes with.
I already deleted the shader and textures, set up again from scratch, close Poser, open new.
