Subject: Cannot access store credit for purchases

For some days already I noticed that I can no longer use my vendor store credit for payment upon checkout. While the "Coupon" and "Gift Card" options still exist, the option for (existing!) store credit has disappeared. I know from another vendor (MAUSEL's widow) that she observes the same.

Can a related Admin please check this issue? I have already missed a purchase I wanted to make for an item on sale, the sale ended while I waited for the problem to disappear. Now another sale item's time is running out, frustrating...

Store credit must be locked in order for us to complete payments to our vendors. Those payments will be done today. Thank you for your patience as I get that taken care of. I'm sorry for the frustrations this has caused.

Will this happen again? I understand it is a technical requirement for probably monthly or otherwise periodical activity?

In this case I would suggest, if I may, to add (code) a simple automatic text message to the checkout page, in the same place where usually the store credit payment is done, telling:

"Store credit payments are unfortunately temporarily blocked for technical reasons and will soon be available again."

Anyway, thank you again for taking time and reacting fast answering my subject :-)

Hello. Store credit should now be available again. It only happened for so long this time due to some timing with other projects we are taking care of. Normally, you wouldn't notice this happen since payments are done in just a couple hours usually. This delay occurs each time we do payments and is unavoidable. But I will ask our developers about placing a notice in at checkout when that feature is disengaged. Thank you for your suggestion!
