I recommend Blender Guru's Blender Beginner Tutorial. Yeah, it's long and all you get out of it is a donut, but he touches on most aspects of Blender and explains why you do something rather than just telling you what to do.

It is true there are so many very useful tutorials like RedPhantom recommended the Blender Guru's are good I would also recommend Grant Abbitt Youtube Channel he has many beginner tutorials that are excellent for just starting out

I want to teach myself Blender. There's so many tutorials out there I don't even know where to start. Any recommendations?
I've tried other modeling programs, and the only one I had any success wtih before was Anim9or. But that was years and years ago. So really, I'm a complete modeling newb.
