Over the past month I've been trying to either create a new account, or get a username change. My attempts to create a new account were before I realised I could get a username change, which is obviously preferable!
When I've tried to create a new account, the confirmation email never arrives, and no, it's not in the spam folder.
When that failed, I sent an email to the support address, I tried three times, first registering, waiting for the confirmation, attempting to resend the confirmation email, then contacting support. I never got a response from support.
Later, I purchased the username change from the store Member/Username Change, It's been about a week since my purchase, and I haven't seen any indication that it's been processed. I did not receive an order confirmation, though the order does appear in my order history, and the transaction appears on my PayPal account.
I tried three different email accounts to send emails and set up accounts, to ensure it was not a quirk of my email server. I used my preferred @philosophersegg address as well as an @aol and an @gmail. Perhaps there is a problem with the email server on your end?
If my username change could be pushed through, that would be great!
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
