Early early morning, sun coming up and just hitting the pasture grasses and trees. I was down over the crest of the hill and liked the view. Had my new cam all of about 14 hours *smile*. Couldn't wait to try it out. Need to get 'inspired', but haven't had time to get out and about. Diane

Where does everyone come up with these "calendar" pictures? I am sure that having a trained eye and making opportunity improves the odds greatly. This one shouts "make me represent October".

Thanks Bill. This is our barn, pasture, my hill LOL. I try to get out Saturday mornings for a walk with a camera--if only on my own property. I'm beginning to feel I've mined all I can get around here though LOL. Diane

Uuu, that looks nice. Boy that tree draws attention. Try same scene in evening light. .n

That sure does have that southern Appalachian Mountain area look to it. Beautiful place. Post more!

alpha, it is nice here--down around 28 at night, 68-70 in the day. This was first morning with my new cam and just an early morning walk as sun came up. Off to the coast tomorrow for a couple days (sadly, I only have about 300 MG mem and no laptop or digital wallet, so I'm going to be limited because the files are so large--I have to make a decision by Spring about this), so hope I find some inspiring subjects--I've mined 'home base' for all I can at the moment LOL. Antoonio, the sun sets behind those trees--this area is dark and uninteresting visually in the evening. The tree gets no late afternoon or evening sun--the sun was behind me here---coming up, so you get the idea.
