Excuse me!
      Yesday I try to 2.49 that I never used ever, I find that its small

system required ,but I don't know whether 2.49 is stable version?

And after using 2.49, I cannot recognize blender.

2.49 is a stable but very old version the current most stable version is 3.62 if I remember right based on your PC spec you share some time ago you should be able to 2.76 or maybe 2.93. Version 3.62 list it's PC specs here https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
