To remove the noise, you need to increase your pixel samples.
These are the settings I use that usually turn out well. If there's still a little grain, I'll use the denoiser in the PostFX to remove it. If it's really bad, I'll put the Pixel samples up to 75. Yeah, this can take a while depending on your hardware.

For the hair, there are 2 hair "fit" poses one is called Fit_LFFigureHair and the other is called Fit_LFPropHair and they will help Lafemme hair fit Lafemme 2. They will also work if you have hair made for another figure but includes a fit for Lafemmet.

i have recently bought and installed Poser13 .Ok i have used Poser in the past but the recent years i have uses DAZStudio almost all the time
So for now two questions
1. why my superfly render s are so noisy ? ( see capture screen for LA femme 2) Are there some settings i must check ?
2 how to fit La femme 1 hair on la femme 2 ? i thought there have some settings i didn't find
