Out of curiosity I just tried this and got it to work on the first try, but there are some dependency and selection issues.
These are the settings I used to export Genesis 9 out of Studio, and into Poser. I used version 4.22.0.1 of Studio, imported into P13, if that matters.
And this is what I got after some quick posing.
The main problem, is that you can't just select certain things in the preview screen and quickly pose it. Some of the bones you need to do so are not grouped to the mesh for easy selection in Poser. I have the r_upperarm selected, which is the primary driver for bending the arm down, and you can't select that in the preview in Poser. You have to do that in the menu or hierarchy editor. Genesis 9, being a single map FBX character, far more than one bone is supposed to move when you bend something certain directions....
I does sort of work, but it is not easy to work with in Poser. I am sure someone could make an injection to link things together properly and add a ghost bones to select and bend things like the upper arm bone that is not exposed to the previews in Poser..
I did not export morphs, or look to see if there is a baking option once you do so. But it used to have all those options as well.
The merge followers linked all the other body parts to the main figure, and it should do the same with clothes as well.
You don't really need any scripts to do this, but you sort of need an injection that adds ghost bones and sets up some dependencies in the base figure to make it easy to work with in Poser.
Some things are easy to explain, other things are not........ <- Store -> <-Freebies->

I've been importing G8's successfully for a long time using the G3/8 updater program but all the new stuff is G9. Has anyone come up with a way to import functional G9 figures and clothes?
