Hello,

I just downloaded Poser 11.3 on my new Windows 11 PC.  However, when I open a new scene, the main window is weirdly docked at the top.  This applies to all tabs. (preview, material, etc)  I tried uninstalling Poser 11.3 then reinstalling to no avail.  Here's what I mean:

The floating is fine but when trying dock it to the whole screen, this is what I get.  This never happened to me before.  ( I use Poser on Mac as well )  I tried changing my PC display size but it doesn't help.

Any fix for this?

I appreciate your help.

Thank you!

I would reset it to factory default under General Preferences and reboot Poser.  To avoid mishaps with misbehaving windows, open the contextual menu from the small black arrow on the upper right-hand corner and uncheck Drag-Docking Enabled.  That will lock down the panel in place

It's back to normal now.  Thank you!

And so it never happens again set some UI Memory Dots. Set a dot for the default layout in each room. Poser 13 has additional setting for the user interface to make recovering from an accidentally scrambled UI easier. For Poser 11 and 12 UI dots will save your sanity.

Here's all you want to know about them:
