Subject: Locate Function Following Library Search

Until last month, when I did a search in my Poser 11 Library, I could double click on a result and that would trigger the Locate feature to locate that folder or item in the applicable sub-library (figures, poses, etc.).  Now, that does not happen.  Does anyone know why?  Thanks.

The double-click should either load the item or replace the item depending on your settings. To locate the item, right click on it.

Double-clicking an item does load the item.  Double clicking a folder no longer locates the folder nor does selecting Locate after a right click on a folder or item locate it.

I have completely stopped to double-click anything in this window because even in the 12 version: it's completely incoherent and I was always forgetting that double-clicking on a material setting, be it in the standard hierarchy or in the favorites part, it simply and always replace replace your current material.

I realize that double clicking an item loads it.  That is not the problem that I am facing.  When I double clicked a folder in the search results in the past, Poser 11 used to locate the folder in the Library.  When I right-click a folder or an item in the search results, Poser 11 pops up a menu to Locate the folder or item in the Library or to Show the folder in Explorer.  In the past, clicking one of those options executed the option.  Now, clicking one of those options does nothing.  Any ideas to get this extremely helpful feature working again? Thanks.

Are you running Poser 11 as administrator?  I had a situation where setting Poser to run as administrator prevented the app from performing any drag & drop from the browser.  Switching that off corrected the problem.

You only have Figures selected to search through. It it that it might be a prop (Supervilla sounds like a prop rather than a figure is why I ask)?

No, I'm not running as an Administrator.

Supervilla has four folders - figures, props, lights and materials.  For the sake of taking a simple screen capture, I restricted the search to just figures.  In the past, double-clicking on a folder took me to that folder in the Library. Clicking on Locate in the right-click context menu used to do the same thing as well.  No more though.
