A while back I quit using this shopfront due to me having to update my account info, (Name address, payment info) but in order to buy anything I need to update my account info…

Thanks, although when I first had the issue the staff was not able to do anything about it, but that was years ago, so I'll give it another go, though requiring people to buy something in order to change one's account info is a hassle for online shoppers, particularly since in order to buy something you need to have updated account info!
