I feel ypour pain. Even if you do find a copy, It may still cost you $200 to get it activated as Bently Software charges to reactivate legacy installations. You would be better off just subscribing to the Vue Creator package by the month, as content exporters are not disabled on the non-pro versions. https://store.e-onsoftware.com/legacy-license-re-activation/
Usually once a quarter there is a 40% off sale on the annual plans.
I read on Facebook that there is no longer a charge of $199 to re register Vue 16 Infinite! Is this true? Cheers

I don't think I could make myself "subscribe" to software; assets sure, but I just won't rent software. I guess i could fire up a 32-bit version of windows 7.. but I was doing modeling in 3d studio, characters in poser, and animation & compositing in Vue; it sounds like i'm going to have to come up with a complete new methodology.I feel ypour pain. Not positive, but Vue 6 Inf is my first one and it's 64 bit. NOW I also have Vue 2024 (thanks Bentley!) and it's 64 bits, and FREE! :D

I've recently started getting back into rendering after a loooong break (I think Poser 7 just released when I un-retired), and Ive got a pretty huge library of assets I created. Ive found my Poser, 3Dstudio, bryce, utilities & etc, but my copy of Vue 4.2 is apparently only 32-bit; I refuse to go farther back than windows 7 for this.
I've been looking around for a 64-bit copy of Vue 4.2 to purchase, and I just can't find one. E-on is of course still worthless.
Yes, I plan on upgrading to newer software, but I want to bring all the assets with me, and getting back into practice would be easier with software I knew extremely well long ago.
anyone know of a copy for sale?
