Is it in your account and are you able to download it?  The freebie is automatically applied to your account so if you look at the product page after pressing "Claim" it will show that you already have it.  Please check your account and get back to us!

OH, This is a new system. Yes, It IS in my account. I see.  In the past, we just download the freebie and it isn't recorded in our account.  Thanks !
