To participate:

• Maximum 5 entries per participant

No purchase is necessary, and participation is open to all skill levels. This is a skill-based challenge, not a contest, sweepstakes or lottery.

General Challenge Rules

• All Renderosity members are eligible to enter, except for staff.
• Images, photos, and animations entered in previous Renderosity contests or challenges are not permitted.
• Original and previously posted images, photos, and animations, such as on FB or the Renderosity Galleries, but have not been previously entered in a Renderosity contest or challenge, are permitted to be entered.
• 5 entries per person permitted, they can be 3D, 2D, photography, or animation.
• You are permitted to repost your entries online, such as on FB or the Renderosity Galleries, talk about your entries, and encourage others to come view or enter the challenge.
• If a profanity, violence, or nudity tag would be required for your entry, the entry cannot be used in the challenge.
• Questionable entries will be reviewed by staff for possible removal.
• No nudity is allowed. Nudity is defined as exposure greater than what can be seen wearing a string-thong bikini. However, regardless of attire, an image presented in a manner that may be inappropriate will be reviewed by staff.
• Entries that do not follow the challenge rules or our Terms of Service will be removed.
• By posting your entry, you are agreeing that this is your original work.
• A.I. Art created by a seed image or keyword input is not permitted. However, post-processing of an image created entirely by the artist for color correction, tone, saturation, and adding effects using A.I. software is permitted. You must be able to state that you own the image and that no part of the image can conflict with any copyright laws. A detailed workflow must be entered along with your entry in your thread post. Please be prepared to send us your original image upon request.
• Any entry containing violence, blood, brutality or gore that is implied or explicit will be removed.
• Any entry containing weapons of any kind, or objects to be used as weapons, is subject to review for violence.
• Any entry containing childlike imagery in suggestive poses will be removed.
• Renderosity reserves the right to modify the rules as needed for unforeseen circumstances.
• Winners will be announced in a separate thread in this forum.

Entry Specifications

• All entries are made by uploading as you normally would Upload Your Art to a gallery, and adding the hashtag #Dawn2 in the description box. Do not upload your entry to the forums. You can upload your entry to any appropriate gallery. It is the hashtag that enters your entry into the contest.
• Image File Requirements:
  • JPEG only
  • Width: 500px - 6000px 
  • Height: 350px - 6000px
  Video File Requirements:
  •  MP4 only
  • Max Size: 450MB
• You cannot sign your name or use any logos on your entry image or thumb.

Voting Rules

• Winning entries will be selected by Renderosity Staff.

Additional Information

By entering this challenge, you agree that your submission(s) may be used by Renderosity for promotional purposes. This may include; online, digital, print, on CD or in any other medium. By submitting your entry into this challenge, you are granting Renderosity the right to retain your entry in its archive and to display the entry within this community to promote Renderosity and/or future challenges held.

By submitting your post, you agree that you are authorized to permit Renderosity to use your image, photo, or animation in print advertising, promotions, or website usage. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder of their images, photos, and animations.
