Subject: How do I change the phone number for verification code for purchases

I lost my cell phone and can't afford a new one right away. How do I change the contact number for verification. Can I use my landline phone instead?

Hi PilotHigh,

During the checkout process you can simply change the phone number provided in the given field. If contact is needed to fulfill a purchase, we will use the phone number associated with the order being fulfilled. There is no process to change the phone number. There is also no verification code sent through that phone number.

Sorry to hear about your phone! Typically, you should be able to update your contact number through your account settings. Using a landline for verification might depend on the service, so it's best to check their support page or contact customer service for guidance. Hope you get it sorted out soon!

Thank you but its all sorted already. My phone was an old one and I didn't have any email or banking stuff on it so  all is good now.
