Apologies. So, you cannot download them, but you can read them? Please reply so that I learn the problem. I'll try to fix it.
According to Dropbox, the setting for these files enable you to download them. Can you look around a little more for a small download icon for one of these docs? Please let me know if you are still unable to download. I'll find a way to provide these to you directly.
I've changed the contents of the Second Set of these models to add a small item or two. So, I've also changed the PDF description as well. Here is the updated download link for the revised Description of the models in Set 2 - Ancient Persian Harbor collection.

This has taken too long, but I finally was able to start publishing a set of models for "ancient persian harbor" scenes that might interest some of you.A product more or less aimed at Vue.
This is a set of some 70 models, most in high resolution detail, for making a harbor scene. The models include ships, buildings, misc cargo and tool props, and characters in fixed poses. They are broken down into three product sets to make for manageable downloads.
These Ancient Persian harbor models are described in these two downloadable documents, with a third coming soon.

Of course, you don't need to make a scene of Ancient Persia. The ship models are all dhows and this design hasn't changed much in centuries, so they are as good for contemporary scenes as for ancient ones.
The models are in *.fbx file format, with the principle base color, normal and roughness (glossiness) maps embedded within each model. These should import directly into Vue with the textures intact, although I've not yet been able to test each model completely.
Not trying to flog this product, but just trying to draw your attention to it, in case it will be useful to you.
Best regards to all, Forester!
