I tried to do something using also some morphs from the "CDI Posey" package. You asked me for a reference figure: I was thinking of Buuga Boo....
A toon shader and the morphs++ and you can get something cartoonish looking.

K4 is very flexible ( see: https://jurn.link/dazposer/index.php/2021/09/05/survey-unusual-k4/ ) But for what you want you'd likely need the Morphlet toon morph pack, no longer sold.

I actually managed - years ago - to get in touch with the author of "Morphlet" when it was no longer for sale, so I managed to get it back:)
In fact (even if not so visible) the result you see above is partly obtained using that product.
