I load a figure Cookie into poser 13 and I can't see it in my workspace.

It did work, I reset the factory settings so I get that Andy again,

but this didn't work either, maybe there is just a check mark somewhere not good

but I can't find it please help me.

How are you loading Cookie?  I'm assuming she is included in your DAZ content folder.  More info would help us answer your question.

Do you also have that same Content folder added to Poser as an external library?

According to DAZ, Cookie is a Poser item because there is only 1 Poser Core installer listed on the webpage.  Unless the runtime was removed or relocated, it should work.

I work with Poser 13.

I have been working with Poser for more than 10 years, but I have never experienced this and I cannot find the solution either. 

I have also reset everything to factory settings and restarted but still no results.

I load my cookie via the runtime folder, not via the content.

I don't work with DAZ, it's really about Poser 13.

Does it show the figure as being loaded, just not visible?  if so, may have corrupted geometry.   Had this happen couple times with V4, don't know how it corrupted, but reinstalling/replacing the geometry fixed it for me.

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of where Cookie appears in your library runtime folder?

It should work. I just tried downloading Cookie from DAZ and using her in Poser 13, and it worked as expected.

What happens if you render? Can you see her then?

It could be that you inadvertently pulled down the Figure menu and clicked on the 'Hide Figure', in which case she wouldn't be visible in the scene. Pulling that menu down and navigating to 'Show all figures' should make her visible again.
