Each of the tenticles is a seperate object. They are ayy parented to the head. Than there are the arms and back spikes, plus the shoulder tenticles. 317 bones. My head hurts...and so does my processor. No textures applied yet.

I have decided to regoup and do the tenticles in clusters.
