Subject: Anyone hear of a book "Digital Babes" ?

I recall reading a blurb on some web site about a book due out about now called (I think) Digital Babes and it was to show various images of people created in various 3D programs. Of course I have since lost the web site and Amazon doesn't show a listing (although they didn't have one at the time I read the info about the book then either...) I thought it looked good, but alas...

The only Digital Babes I know of is Kozaburo's web site with great free downloads. I don't know if this is what you might have heard about, or perhaps there really is a book that I haven't heard of. Melanie

I think it's due this month. I remember reading about it while flipping through the gallery. Try wyrmaster's galleries I know he had a few images that were appearing in the book and I think I found the link off of one of his images or a comment attached. Try the images from Oct.

Thanks for the response Melanie---I am familiar with the web site you are referring to, but I actually saw this book listed on a web site (but I don't know that it was a Pose-specific site)... and they had some images from the book along with techniques various artists used to create their images. It looked quite good. David

Thanks otaku! I found it---info attached: It's called Digital Beauties (I guess they're right when they say memory is the first thing to go...)

waves hand in air There are quite a few of us from Renderosity featured in the book s Personally, I can't wait to see it. About time 3D art got the recognition it deserves :)
