Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 07 7:37 am)
When you open Mover, it will give you the name of the seed file that you're looking for when you're decoding. If you do not have the original obj then you're not going to be able to decode the file. I believe that the Predator figure was a free download from the Comic Collective for a while so it's highly possible that the original seed file is within Poser's geometry somewhere. I do not know for certain because I didn't download that particular figure. Hope this helps some. Liz Pope Dreamspinner Inc.
Thank you both for your direction. I'll go and look at 3d-cc.com first. If I can't find an answer there, I'll try e-mailing sturkwurk. On a side note: I was a bit thrown off myself upon loading the file in Mover and NOT seeing the original 'seed' file appear. Over the course of the following half an hour, I taught myself some interesting new words and phrases. Once again, thank you for your assistance.

I found an old zip file in my Poser directory for TBKoen's Predator. I need to use Mover on it, but......I have no idea what .obj file is the seed file for it. I tried to track down TBKoen's site at Bizland, but he/she no longer has a site there. I was wondering if anybody out there knew what .obj is the 'Seed' for this decoding operation? And yes, I did read the README file, but there was no mention as to what the seed file might be. Any help here would be realy great.
