Does poser have a demo ?? if so can u show me the link?

hi derek, they do indeed. get it at: http://www.curiouslabs.com i'll hafta say that i was disappointed with the demo. they only had a dumb looking guy for a model and you couldn't import anything and you couldn't render to check the engine quality. i was not a happy camper. good luck, miker

I was able to render with it; not sure what your problem was. You can import morphs, but since the geometry is for the Casual Male, the head morphs will explode the face (unless you were able to find the rare morphs made for the CM). If they gave you a hi-quality model you might not be inclined to purchase the software (there's nothing to prevent you from taking screenshots of the renders). In most regards it's a fully functioning demo.

thats interesting, duane. when did you download the trial? i got it about 2 months ago, and both import and render were very specifically turned off. of course since i was a beginner, there's always the chance i was doing something wrong, but i did what i thought it took to do a render, and i got a dialog box saying that it was turned off. miker
