If I want to create my own personal fairy wings (as in two flat planes with a custom texture) how would I go about making them? Should I make them as .obj in 3d max or Bryce?

avoid using bryce, the poly count will be way to high for poser to use very well.

Find a 3D program that allows you to do Bezier curves. I find that it just makes things easier. Also avoid making a single-sided prop. You'll have problems seeing it from the back. Trust me, this can be very annoying. Extrude it instead to a millionth on an inch if you need it so very thin. Here is an example of a quick (I really mean quick --it took me longer to load the program than to create the prop) prop using Infini-D. Export to Obj format, and then use UVMapper to assign mapping to it. Then add texture, bump and transparency. Hope this helps. James
