I would like to know how you can remove body parts like dragon wings and put them on a different Char. and save it as a proper Char.?

First and most important, distract the dragon by throwing him a maiden. Dragons have been known to get a tad upset if their wings get stolen.

Now the very easiest way is to go to the hierarchy window and set invisible all but the wings. Next position and parented them to your new figure. Save to the library as a combined figure.

DAZ3d.com has a character creation pack that has the dragon wings, fairy wings, plus horns, tails, tenticles, etc. that are loose and designed to be parented to your other figures. I can't remember how much it costs, but if you're going to be doing stuff like this it may be a good investment.
