Subject: Need people to render my model...

I created a pen model with AutoCad. I'm not very good at rendering and the only thing I have available to me is AutoCad's internal rendering engine, which is good enough for my needs. I was trying to go for a VERY realistic model of the pen. I only used a small steel ruler to take measurements off the actual pen. I made the model to sell on a website I have to make. I want to find some people to take my model (.3ds) and render it, using any textures or bump maps you feel are well suited. I want to use the renderings as previews of the object on my website. You can use any textures or bump maps because I am only selling the model, no textures included. The previews are just to show what is possible with my model. I'm not even sure if it will look good at all. I would also like seperate close-up shots of the details, ex. ink reservoir, tip, cap/spring. If the model turns out to meet my expectations, I will go ahead with the sale and if someone actually does make renderings that I use on the website, they may get a portion of the revenue and credits on the website. If I do sell the model, the amount will depend on the quality, which I will see if people help me out and render it. I did not do any smoothing when I exported it, so if you have to do that it is alright; but, NO post-editing. Roughly 800x600 should do the trick, I will probably crop them to suit my needs. I would like to do this as fast as possible. Hopefully, in the next couple days. But, we'll see. Thanks, Patrick Morrison patrick83m@hotmail.com
