chalenges dont often work do too time constraints, topic choices etc . so i thought it would be cool for us all to help each other out instead, by having a modelrs forum session type of thread If you want to participate all you have to do is post a pic no matter how bad or good you are at drawing and a brief description of what you want to make it like eg.fantasy cartoon etc it doesnt matter what skill level you are and there is no time limit just start modeling and post pics of your progress it will be all of our collective jobs to help each other through the tough parts (like not giving up when you think it looks like crap ) hopefully by the end you will have learned something and have a model your happy with i will personally be giving my mesh away to all that participate I think this is a great opurtunity for alot of people who are just starting and those who have some experience so dont be afraid to join in if it takes you 3 months to dinish then thats what it takes just post ! what to expect ! constructive criticsm i think most people that come to this forum are hungry for knowledge and not praise why there is nothing wrong with saying it looks good moore than likely well be telling each other what we would change or do difrently so dont take it as an insult Hopefully after acomplishing this model you rspeed will increase andyoull be able to tackle larger projects with more confidence seeing alot of styles and cool stuff i really hope alot of people participate as there is no time limit and no excuse not to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! regards Trav teyon spike teph clouded logan bloodsong xurge among many others i better see something from you all !:)

Okay I'm down with this. I'll work on it a about an hour nightly after I finish my homework.

thanks for responding logan feel free to model whatever you want thats the point to do something you want and have others give input just do a quick sketch of what your going to do, it would probally work best if everyone posted in this thread but you dont have to just easier to keep track of The dragon pic is what im going to start probally tonight but theres no rush i hope to see pics from all of you later !!

This is a pretty sweet idea trav, count me in. I suppose I should get back up to speed on the Suess project. I think this would be a great way to learn more if everyone keeps up on it and doesn't loose interest. I'll come up with whatever character I decide to model tomorrow sometime and make a sketch (warning in advance: I am by no means gods gift to the world of drawing, in fact Ibelieve I suck, but I'll post anyway if no one laughs too hard.) -Laterz-
