She looks good to me! Better than what I am currently able to do. Keep up the good work!

Looks like you are off to a good start. The hair will need some work I think. It is hard to tell about the detail of your texture from the picture you posted. Possibly a larger close up would help. You might want to render a face shot with the camera set at 55mm or higher. Many I thing perfer upwards to the range of 100 for close ups to give better indication of details and to flatten the distortion you get from the camera at lower settings, such as the default 25mm. 50-55mm is consider to be equal to the human eye. Settings below that are generally prefered for panaramic shots, where as setting above that are most common for those up close and personal zoom shots.

the hair seems like it you might want to raise it up a little ,its looks alittle thin at the hair line, remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, the nose may be a little thin -might try adding a little bump to it to break up the straightness of it, i like vicky models that arent perfect, like when the eyes arent perfectly even or the mouth isnt so level or anything that can be offset a little to make it more real, look at a picture of any woman or man for that fact and you will see no matter how good looking or differant they look they are by no means perfect, thats nature no continuity no evenness
