Just wanted to give a blanket "Thank You" to everyone who's ever posted any freestuff... I got an email from someone who had a question about the Nikki texture that I put up in freestuff a little while ago... so I answered it, and because I responded quickly, and gave him the answer he needed, he said thanks... and said how much he liked it... which made me grin like a big doof... it made me happy... so I wanted to spread the joy... So to those of you who have put your time and energy into producing freestuff, thank you. That's all... please continue with your scheduled Renderosity activities.

I used to post free stuff but nbci.com kept deleting my ftp because of heavy traffic, o now Im without a ftp that can hold anything more then one single poser figure, Id like to setup a new website but that will only give me 12 megs to work with I need at least 700 megs to post everything Iv made in the past As free stuff.

Cin- I ditto your sentiments! From what I've read in other threads over the past few months, it seems like creating something & posting it ismore than a simple act of impulsive altruism; With the expense & difficulty of securing reliable hosting for the files, many who donate have to work harder to keep something available, than they had to work to create it! Kudos the all the generous, creative folk who make thismy faborite (online) hangout! Many, many thanks!

I'd like to add my thanks to all who post anything on this site,i.e freestuff, pictures, advice, tutorials or just plain old messages, since I joined this "Community" I have been inspired to look at the world in a completely different way, I now don't just look at things I really see them, the colours, textures, shapes. I'm not an artist but I'm trying and everything I see and read here is inspiring me to try, So Thank you everyone

I've got some stuff I'd like to post as free stuff but my ISP does not allow linking files. I've just got a tripod account but I figure if it gets too many hits they'll kill it. What I have thought of doing is posting it to Turbo Squid as they will host the file as well. The only thing is how do you let people know the files are there. Maybe we need a Turbo Squid forum so people can post a picture of what they uploaded there for free so people will know about it. I also want to extend my thanks to anyone who has posted to free stuff here. Poser would not be the same without this site and the comunity that supports it. The talents and generosity of the people in this comunity is simply amazing.

I can't tell you how many times I've bought stuff only to find out that what I'd gotten from "freestuff" was superior and worked better for me. Thanks to all you freestuff posters for the quality of items you give away, only hope someday I'll be good enough to contribute (very limited time here to learn)

I'd like to add my twopennyworth to all the above comments. Using free stuff got me started, and I am so grateful to everyone who gives such super stuff away.
