I just finished this tutorial. The goal is to explain why we need to change the materials to white before applying textures, and then how we go about selecting each part and applying those textures. This tutorial then moves on to the other tutorial I have which mostly just shows all the proper texture settings and examples of each part. I think this one is done well, but I confess I'm up a bit too late. I would appreciate your input on this one. Tell me if it describes the process correctly, and if you find it easy to follow. Thanks again for your support and encouragement.

Kool. I'm glad you liked it. You have given all of us some wonderful stuff, and it's nice to "give back!"

Excellent job!! What's next? Effect of bump maps? Conforming & texturing hair? Trans Maps? (Gosh, we're not GREEDY or anything! LOL) Honestly, you've made a terrific contribution already! You have a real knack for breaking tasks down enough that even real beginners can benefit. Just remember to keep peppering in a few screenshots of the effects of the settings as you make them, & they'll more than do the job! Render On!

Leather-guy, the topics you mentioned are beyond my comprehension at this time. I did finish another tutorial today. It's called "Dress Me." It's basically for beginners who just don't know how to dress their people. That tutorial ran on into a whole other, longer tutorial. I had to close it off, to be continued at a later date.
