Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 01 9:18 am)
Hi Sharen. The sparkles are from Vairesh, Fairie Lights and sparkle effects, in the store here, as is the sugar plum fairy, from Mab. The boy is the holiday elf costume put on the millie boys from Daz. The Ice Fairy is p4, loadsa morphs from morph world (thank you traveler) I will have to check wot clothing items I used, but the Tex is all mine. I have a horrible thought that the skirt is no longer available, cos it was old poser world. the top is from Ghastley I think. and wgreelee1 I like your thought, but Ice fairies don't feel the cold like us mere mortals.

Lovely image... :) Maybe you should open a mouth or two.. You know like when kids see something wonderful... Their eyes get that big look and their mouths drop open.. sort of that look of wonderment. One could have their hand placed near the mouth...

I want it back.
I'd tweak their stances a bit to look more like they're hurrying, skipping, dancing forwards. They look a bit static just now. I agree about the expressions; eager smiles or wonderment would reinforce your premise more. perhaps lift one or both of the fairies off the ground & pose her (them?) more horizontally as if flitting ahead sink the boy-figure into the snow as a more mundane creature, he'd be more subject to gravity. Add footprints in the snow. Might consider having the fairies link hands with the boy as if they're helping him hurry thru the snow (just be careful to angle him forward so he doesn't look like he's fighting it:-)). Possibly add a golden glow in their faces from ahead? Beaughtiful scene! Like the lighting & use of sparkles!
I'd move the one petal of the petal skirt forward, because it's going through her leg. Those petals on the skirt are poseable that way. I'd also add footprints in the snow. I have a method for doing that that works great, using a crator shaped terrain and lifting it up from below the ground so it's coming up out of the ground just a bit so as to make the effect of snow dispersed by a foot sinking into it. I'd also add a few snow drifts and make the ground in general not so flat and even.
