Ok, I am kinda new to the whole 3D art world, so i am still playing with alot of the free stuff from the site here, but I have been doing stuff in PSP for a few years now. I was just wondering if you all would take a look at this, and critique it for me......the majority of the subject matter for this piece came from the free characters here at Renderosity (because I am still a poser newbie), but this was an experiment for me, me teaching myself that exporting as wavefront objects, and importing into bryce 5 wil retain the textures for you....anyway, my sincere thanx for those who created the free stuff I used, and as soon as I have a handle on how to create characters, I will give something back to this community. About the image: I used Lem's cat woman, and the toxin character, and the skeleton in poser, and put them in the poses I wanted, then exported them as wavefront objects, imported into bryce 5, and did some color adjusting and filter work in PSP7.

about the first image, I loved the lighting and the shadows it makes on the ground. the skeleton looks very dead, (as it should). I wish I could see more of the alien that is sitting in the right side of the image, I bet that his expression on his face must be interesting. the cats characters still look unrealalistic, something that texturing work could solve. good work for my opinion.

I agree w/zooz, the kneeling alien's face needs to be shown. As for the second image. Great composition, but she looks like she's sporting a mustache.
