just rendered the new character! (650*480 pixel.250dpi/about 10 min) Aula effect took a really long time. Red hair might be better...or do you have any idea? Please let me know your ideas. I will upload it. Also, New texture room is available now! Please visit my web site.

Your stuff looks great man..good job! Something looks a bit off about the feet maybe? I cant wait to see what you come up with for Carrara 2...I want to see this lady walking around!

When you say "aula" you may mean aura. If the Carrara aura function takes too long, you can try instead a similar effect in photoshop after the render is finished. It involves duplicating the render layer and placing the duplicate over the original render, blurring the duplicate slightly, then increasing its brightness and reducing its opacity to 20-40%. The girl is very cute, and does not appear to be a Poser girl. You did a very good job modelling her and her dress. Two things to consider in further modelling are: 1. her feet are rather large. 2. she lacks the ankle-bone protrusions on the sides of her ankles.

I fixed her big foot.('-')" What do you think?

There were 2 reason I didn't use the photoshop filter. 1.I'm using the transparent mapping for the hair, so I can't get the mask channel.(mask will appear as a solid polygon shape, not the hair-shape-mask.)

2.I need an Aura's reflection on her costume.

Anyway, Thank you very much for your advice. I often use the technique which you mentioned, for the movie by the After Effects.

P.S I'm sorry about my poor English! @(_)@

Great work!

WoW!!! That is a million times better. The model looked good before but it looks TONS nicer now. Its weird how little tiny things like that can change how I view a model. I would say the most appealing thing about your model is that its not poser. Every single image I see with a poser figure I immediately discount. Your picture is (IMHO) very unique & special b/c its 'yours' Anyway great job..its awesome when someone posts a complicated organic model like that..everything looks great to me.

But,I like girls with big feet..... ;) Seriously, as a newbie, makes me want to really learn how to do good modelling in carrera especially human figures. Your models look awesome.
