Subject: clothing problem

I made this sweatshirt and it kinda conforms but it breaks apart and it looks like vertices are being left behind. Any help is appreciated. (I've already read all the tutorials). Thanks.

Hi Mark,

The main problem is that you do not have the grouping correct. It is essential that the Collars only connect to the chest and Shoulders, and that the neck only connects to the chest. After that I think that if you increase the scale of the falloff zones for each joint by 1% then all should be well.

Thanks! What's the best way to group them? Uvmapper or poser? Is it possible to create the groups in my modeling software?

I did that grouping using UVMapper. It is possible that your 3D application can define groups also.
