Subject: Can't unlock actor

I downloaded the Thighboots collection by Gerry from 3-D Comics collective, and followed all the installation instructions. They look good, but when I add them to a scene, they have the Lock Actor option already checked, and I can't get them to unlock. How can I unlock them so I can play with the morph dials?

I have the same problem with a couple of Posergamer's figures. Been too busey/lazy to write and ask, but I think we will need to go into the CR2 for this.....?

heyas; if you're grabbing a body part that says 'locked' and you go to object: lock actor to turn it off... and it doesn't work... then probably the figure is locked. go to the figure menu and look for 'lock figure,' and un-check THAT. (or vice versa -- use object lock instead of figure lock.)

Bloodsong is right. I have those same boots and it took me awhile to figure out that I had to unlock them from the figures menu.

I had this happen with a hair object once. I locked it so it wouldn't fly off when I re-posed the character, and when I went to unlock it again to use the dials, it refused to unlock for me. I locked it in Object Lock, and it seemed to want to stay locked forever. I ended up deleting it and re-inserting the hair object back on the figure from scratch. It was so annoying. Melanie

Turns out the figure was locked. Thanks for the help.
