Subject: How do u allocate more "memory" tp poser any help appreciated...

I have had poser for a few years and it has worked well but now on some occasiions it says i need to allocate more momory to poser..i went into the maunal and it says "from the finder chooose file menu ??? what the hell is the finder ??? any help would be appreciate4d..thanks

ok.. i read the thread below and figured it out..i deleted the rsr files and poser made new ones.. and it worked..now i have a new question ... WHY ?? did this happen to half my clothing props all of a sudden ??? and how do i prevent this ??? it really was a pain to go through and delte all those files ...

It is apparently a bug in Poser that does not give the correct error message when files are not where they are supposed to be. Kinda like your 'low fuel' light coming on in your car when your door is ajar...

"From the Finder ..." That's Mac language. I guess they forgot to change that when they did the Windows version of Poser. How many years ago was that?

Change your .rsr files to read-only. And they won't get corrupted. ScottA
