...posted this shot in galleries, at Nov 6th, 2000. Almost a year ago. Now this is topical again... Most of you guys haven't seen this, so wanted to share again. I kind of like this piece. Little color correction, but no other postwork. .n -----copy from galleries----- For Syyd. You know those silent, cold winter mornings, when air is fresh and you can almost hear your own heart beating. So, I found this beautiful, silent river. Took few photos and just sat down and admimred natures beauty. This was one of those rare, speechless, beautiful moments of life. - Niko -----copy from galleries-----

It brings back so many memories......wow......its like it all rushed in my face again......Many years ago I was in Rockland county New York, I up at one of the hotels to sing, and I walked through this woods with a stream, this is it.....God, I can smell the air, thanks for posting this again.....nothing but the silence and your heart beating...

Really lovely. I haven't really looked at the galleries since I stopped doing 3D, so I'm glad you resurrected it and reposted it. It may be relevant there, but sure not here--yet, but this gives me hope. What a beautiful image----it says Stille Nacht to me (do I have that right??) Diane

Thanks guys, I like this pic too. ...gotta scan it with bigger resolution. This was scanned be And Diane, that nacht-thingie sounds like germany, I'm no German, speek no German, see no German. ;oP .n
