I bought mabs elves, but the download only worked for the third try. Now I had an unexpected format before I backed up all my models of Daz, Catharine Przezak and the store. The only one I am missing now are the elves of Mab. It said before I reached the maximum amounts of downloads. Can I download them again?

Now, are we talking about the Holiday Elves at Daz3d.com or the Snowflake and Sugarplum Fairies in the Renderosity marketplace? You should be on record at both places, but I need to know which one of the packs you're referring to.
