After a couple of hours with polishing, I just had to make this one. (Couldn't let Myske get the hole scene for herself either...lol....) And since you like candles more then furnitures, you find on free stuff. (Yeeeeeehhh....I'm 7.... Unbeliveble...lol...) Alekssander

..and (Forgot this.) I had to cheat this time, and use objects from CorelDraem 3D. Don't know if it is possible to make spirals in Vue 4 ?, since it's possible to torus.

Thats not cheat Alekssander. You created the spiral (or dream 3d did (I also have it) and Vue, unfortunately does not. For "poor" people who have no modeler at all, they can get spiralizer for free. I must say I'm also a poor people and the only modeler I own is Dream 3D v6, doing just little things and it only exports in DXF. But, Alekssander, I don'y know if you agree with me, their render engine is absolutely great, much better results as Vue (I hate to say that). The possibilities to aim lights are also great. Guitta

You can also create spirals IN Vue if you use a bitmap image and a symmetrical terrain ;). I'll have to try that now...LOL. Laurie

Nice job, Alekssander! And yeah, it's possible (sort of) to make spirals using the Vue torus and some Booleans, but if you want time to do anything else in your life (eat, sleep, hang out at R'osity, etc.) then don't bother. You chose a good way to go. :) Varian * Happy Holidays! *

Alekssander & Varian,

I think you can do any shapes in VUE... and still
eat, sleep, hang out at R'osity,...

The image above was done in less than 10 minutes.
the solution : bitmaps and symmetrical terrain.

it's even faster than doing "pure" modeling.

Merry Christmas !

Eric
