Subject: Wanted: Long Curly Hair for Michael

I have searched at DAZ, at the Marketplace over here but I can't find long curly hair for Michael. I am looking for a hairstyle similar to the one Syyd used in her Gabrielrenders in the Posergallery.
Can anyone help me please?

The only long curly hair I know of is the Conforming Curls that come with Poser. You can adjust them to fit Michael. And Allie made a transmap for it. Confusius made a smart prop out of the transmapped version, but I don't know if it's still available. Anyone know? I've used hmann's Total Hair, which has a curly morph, on my Michael characters. Actually, all the long hair I've used on my men are female styles. You'll have to move it up and maybe scale it to about 103% or so to fit Michael, but any of the hair styles will work on Michael. I own the Total Hair but haven't tried it on Michael yet. Maybe I go and test it to see how it looks. Thanks :-)

there's also one fairly new hair in marketplace (don't remember the name or vendor) since one week or so... but it maybe to feminine for mike. it is also rather demanding on hardware, as i remember...

Thank you all for your responses. I finally tried Total Hair on Mike and I posted the result in the gallery :-)

While scopping out the new Mike2 last night I discovered that DAZ has, and for FREE, all the standard .HR2 files pre-converted for both Mike and Vicky! I found it under "Related items" link on the Mike2 update page.

heyas; kozaburo's wave hair is wonderful on michael, but it isnt very curly. more, well... wavy. (is this their url??)

Igohigh, the only thing wrong with those resized original hair objects is that they're very artificial looking. No transparency available for those. They're the old "plastic helmet hair" objects from Poser 3. It's better to go with Kozaburo or Harvey's Total Hair. Melanie

That'll teach me not to look first. I have Kozaburo's hair and just finished downloading Mike2....but haven't heard of 'Harvey's Total Hair'? Is that in the store or at some one's own website??
