I'm wanting to create props in bryce but it wont let me export the objects.....can someone tell me how to do it please. Thanks

The only local object in Bryce that can be exported are terrain's lattices and stones. Some imported objects can be exported to. If the export option is grayed out, they can be exported by clicking on the E icon then press Ctrl + D key.
