It doesn't take a genius to understand that you can take a model, given away freely, I might add; change it, retexture it and put it out as your own. But it takes an idiot to download two models from a site (Chinese Birdcage and Queen Crown from Lannies 3DModelWorld.com) and pass them off as your own without so much as a minor tweak, and then, believe it or not, offer them as free models on this site. All I can say is that I will never trust any input from h_o_t_t_e_r. This persons lack of respect for others efforts and obvious lack of self-respect gives us an indication of his ilk. All I can say is do your own damned work!!!

I emailed Lyne and told Her, figured she would like to know. I'd like to think that maybe she's going under an alias, but I doubt it. Especially since the other 3 items Hotter posted don't appear to be hers. Umm I wonder where they came from.

damn...when will people learn to respect one another! I may not give direct credit all of the time in my images...but I always say something like...Chinese Birdcage downloaded from free stuff (thanks!) textured by me....or something like that if I can't remember who exactly made it. I often don't remember who made free stuff models but I always say thanks! I get so tired of hearing about people claiming they made a model that they got for free somewhere...Let alone actually re-offering it! That's a riot! LOL But, they ruin things for the rest of us!!!!! so....HOTTER! APOLOGIZE and then GET LOST!!!!

I tested the files against the originals and they have been removed from the freestuff section and appropiate parties have been contacted regarding the files. Ken

Really dumb. You can't get away with theft. What do you gain by this sort of thing? Nothing.
