This is Penny Purespring, the character of the month at my site. She uses the LE distributable version of the preteen millenium girl and the milkid's clothing pack 1 skirt. The hair is just the poser4 afro. You can put any hair on her you like. New things she comes with: New conforming version of the ruffle shirt, poseable wings to parent, poseable antennae to parent, and a face morph, plus textures.
